A lot of CP bloggers had been saying that the penguin looks a lot like Dot from the Elite Force game for nintendo ds. I had to agree with them. She does look like Dot. If you don't know who Dot is, she is an agent who helps you through the elite force game! Looks like she's gonna be here too! I also like her outfit! It looks cute! LOL :)
