New items from Rockhopper?

Hey! Take a look at this! The three circles on the picture below could actually be the rare items that Billybob has talked about in his community blog. Or, it could be a free item for everyone! I think the orange toque and the silver bell will be the free items. And the pirate hat is for the members. Who know, let's see tomorrow when Rckhopper comes!! :)
