Mine construction!

Have you looked at the mine lately? Well, we're preparing for the Earth day party! Isn't weird that my friend's birthday is on the same day, the 22nd of April. I think that is hilarious! :D
Okay... I'm getting off topic..... let's take a look at the construction:

And a new room at the mine? Isn't strange there's a lot happening, eh? Hmm... another room... we already have new rooms and games at the mine, what do they want now?
Does the mission and Herbert have to do anything about this? Seems SUSPICIOUS!
